i'm also NICE in the kitchen too...

i've had a love affair with paella since '97, when my old roommate Maurice introduced me to this restaurant on Peachtree called La Fonda Latina. so much so that's it's become one of my instant ''go-to" spots whenever my stomach calls. so much so that one day i vowed to attempt to make it at home. well...

that day finally came. and after a quick phone convo with my good friend Sunny from The Food Network (watch "Cooking For Real with Sunny Anderson" every Sunday morning at 10:30am), here's what happened...





although at first look it doesn't instantly remind you of the paella at La Fonda Latina, once i began eating it i was NOT disappointed in the least bit. it turned out very well i must say, and trust and believe i'll be making it again very soon...
